komisi pemberantasan korupsi ( kpk ) belum bersedia menjelaskan status izedrik emir moeis, politisi pdi perjuangan yang disebut oleh wakil menteri hukum serta ham denny indrayana dalam surat perintah pencegahan keluar negeri ke ditjen imigrasi. dalam surat itu tertulis status emir moeis seperti tersangka.
"saya barusan menghadap pimpinan terkait dengan berita yang bersumber dari wamenkumham soal pencegahan seseorang dengan statusnya. butuh ditegaskan kpk belum dapat berikan penjelasan perihal itu, " kata juru bicara kpk johan budi sp di kantornya, rabu 25 juli 2012.
meski begitu, johan tidak menampik yaitu sebenarnya benar kpk kirim surat pada ditjen imigrasi untuk menghindar emir moeis terkait dengan penanganan kasus pengadaan pltu di tarahan, lampung th. 2004. sebagaimana perintah undang-undang, jelas johan, kpk berwenang buat mengeluarkan perintah pencegahan keluar negeri dalam tahap penyelidikan, penyidikan serta penuntutan.
"menurut pimpinan tadi yaitu ada waktunya bakal disampaikan dengan resmi, apa status emir moeis terkait dengan kasus yang masih ditelusuri kpk, " ujar johan.
setelah itu kapan kpk bakal mengumumkan dengan resmi status emir ? "soal statusnya tolong dicermati yaitu status dengan resmi bakal disampaikan pada saatnya sekian hari ke depan, "

Tax Accountant (Code: TA)

Responsibility

• Prepare the monthly tax return for :
  • Value Added Tax & follow up the VAT refund process.
  • Withholding Tax Article 21/26; 22; 23/26; and 25

• Prepare reconciliation between net sales versus gross amount of monthly VAT return.
• Prepare monthly calculation of fiscal fixed asset depreciation & amortizations.
• Provide data monthly expatriate’s utilities/allowance for calculation art 21/26.
• Prepare calculation of monthly/quarterly /annually corporate income tax and deferred income tax.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliation for tax related accounts.
• Maintain the compliance through continuously update to the new tax rules & regulations.
• Handle query from third party related to tax and discuss with General Accounting Manager.
• Follow up the tax audit (if any).

Qualifications

• Male or Female, max. 35 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university, with GPA min 2.75
• Holding brevet certificates A,B,C
• Proficiency in the preparation of corporate tax returns
• Minimal 3 years experience as a tax accountant/consultant
• A Big Four accounting firms experience is highly preferable
• Knowledgeable user in SAP and Microsoft Office is highly desirable
• Knowledge in US GAAP is an advantage
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
