Successful candidates are those who :

* Are Indonesian citizens
* Have college degrees (S1 or D3) in any discipline
* Have LIA EPT (English Proficiency Test) scores of
* Written Test > 500 and Oral Test > 76 or IELTS >6 or TOEIC >700 or IBT > 61
* Are between 22 to 45 years of age
* Are passionate about teaching, highly motivated, energetic and creative
* Are willing to teach at any time slots/days
* Are willing to be posted in Cikokol and/ BSD/Karawaci
* Are willing to undergo a 3-month Pre-Service Teacher Training & development program
